Connected Space - shocking service delivery and shocking customer support

The customer service/support at Connected Space is horrific. I pay my account every month (on time) and yet, every month they send me an email saying my account is over due and they ask me to pay or to send the POP. I respond with the POP and about two days later without fail, Connected Space cuts off my internet. Their administration and support is just absolutely appalling - this has happened so many times and as a result I would never recommend the company. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices - they are exhausting to deal with and their internet speed and service delivery isn't great either.
