Connected Space is a diabolical ISP

When an ISP delivers worse service than Telkom, using ADSL, connected via copper, to the nearest exchange which is 5 km away, in a rural no-man's land, then you know that ****'s ****ed. Connected Space is such an ISP – bandwidth is "best effort" (they don't even try); latency and jitter are all over the place, and; packets are dropped for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Regardless of the time of day, or day of the week, you'd better be praying and hoping to get anything done online.
