I have been with Connected Space for a little over 6 months now and their service is by far the best I have experienced from ANY service provider. When I first signed up I had accepted the fact that due to how affordable the packages are, I was probably going to receive poor connectivity and bad service, as this is generally what to expect with South African service providers.

I have been BLOWN away and pleasantly surprised by the connectivity & service (I have the cheapest package). In the last 7 months my internet has dropped twice (this is less than my previous service provider whom I was paying close to R1000 a month), both times my internet dropped I was able to message their team to notify them and they stayed in contact with me to keep me updated. Both times the internet was down for +- 1.5 hours.
