What a wonderful experience in customer service
What an amazing consumer experience dealing with a company that has customer service as their key priority. From ordering till the device was delivered at my door, I had constant updates and feedback emailed to me.
Purchasing online from a new company that you have never dealt with before and having to part with your cash is always an experience filled with trepidation and anxiety (especially after hearing so many horror stories). The constant updates and communication from Tracey and team, even through shipping delays, gave me peace of mind and confidence that they are trustworthy and pride themselves on client satisfaction.
I am chuffed that I have found Connected Devices and will certainly use you again and again as well as broadcast to my network of friends and family to subscribe to your services.
