Very professional

Ordered my phone on 17 January 2020. It was a special import device. The device arrived in South Africa on 01 February 2020. The device was held up by customs and only released today (25 February 2020). Throughout the whole process Connected Devices was communicating with me and keeping me updated about the status of my device and even offered me R200 as compensation for the delay. Their service is excellent. I haven't received my phone as yet because it was only released today by customs but I love their professionalism. Keep up the good work.
