Terrible service, ONCE AGAIN!

After the nightmare experience I had with this company last time, I was adamant I would NEVER have anything to do with them. Unfortunately, my phone got ****** and they were the only people that had the phone I needed to replace. So I gritted my teeth and ordered from them, against my better judgement! Once again, I made a HUGE mistake in trusting these people. After weeks of endless excuses, I was finally notified my phone had arrive. But instead of sending me the phone, like they had promised, I was told to go collect the phone from their offices in Johannesburg. I live in Durban!!! Useless and ***********! I urge you all, for the love of Mike, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
