Special Ordered items experience.

Firstly, this is my experience with special import items, I'm sure buyers purchasing locally supp**** items will have a much different experience.

It was touch and go in the beginning and I was initially quite mad as I ordered the Google Pixel Pro 6 which was said to be delivered in a 1-2 weeks or so. They checked for stock availably and all of a sudden it was no longer available, yet the product was still advertised as available to buy on their website for two more weeks.

Having said that they were more than willing to give a full refund if I was unhappy with the delays, but since it was the only company importing the devices I had no choice, thankfully I stuck it out.

They do warn about potential delays and what not so it was to be expected, especially since the item was ordered in the beginning of December, naturally the holiday period causes many issues.

The customer service was great. I would receive regular updates on the product with times and dates with relative accuracy. If i had queries they were answered within a day or so and there was no fluffing in terms of generic answers, I had answers related to my product specifically. All delays were communicated with me and were all external factors outside of their control. Granted it took one and half months to arrive, but I doubt any other company could have done better.

As soon as the item arrived and eventually cleared customs it was a matter of 2 business days or so and I had received my phone.

I would recommend this company to anyone, just be warned that this is not a perfect world and there will be delays especially for international purchased items.
