I was very skeptical initially. They showed a really good price on a product (Galaxy S20) I really wanted. After reviewing on Hello Peter, I took the plunge. I ordered my phone on the 7th of January and received on the 13th with no problems. You just need to be careful you check whether the product needs to be specially imported or can be sourced locally. That makes a huge difference in delivery time.
