After placing an order for 2 phones on the 13th of May, i still have yet to receive them (10th June). A month of poor excuses, Supplier taking a week to confirm stock (Why would you advertise a phone you aren't 100% sure is available?) and being **** to constantly about these phones' whereabouts, today its in customs, tomorrow its still in Germany, a week later its at their offices and apparently they still have yet to receive these phones. They can't give a honest answer as to where these phones are, and they most likely haven't even ordered it. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices and promise of 10 days. If i'm lucky ill receive my phones a month after i ordered them. Customer service is poor.

Firstly, we'd like to thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience with us.
We apologise for the experience that you've encountered with us, it's most certainly not the norm as can be seen by our customer feedback across not only this platform but more so other trusted platforms like Google, Bidorbuy, TrustedShops, Pricecheck and so on.
It can take anywhere from a couple days to a week for stock of an "import" item to be confirmed. Stock availability can change by the minute, it can also change multiple times a day. We're not geared to be able to offer live availability, so at times, we're only informed of a delay once we place an order for an item.
It can also happen that we place an order, whereby a delivery date to our supplier is quoted, and this delivery date lapses due to a third party delay on the part of the distributor, supplying our supplier. We don't promise delivery, we do only estimate. Normally, we deliver within estimates, but as things can go wrong, it's why we provide an estimate.
As we've said above, it's not the norm but can unfortunately happen, and when it does happen, we should manage it better, which based on your feedback, appears to not be the case.
We're heavily invested in our customer support team, the inconsistent feedback is concerning to say the least.
We've shared the information of this internally and will continue to monitor to ensure it's resolved as timely as possible.
