Poor customer care

I placed an order for a Samsung smartphone on 26 Aug and emphasised that I needed it to be delivered within 10 working days as it was a birthday gift. I was contacted after working 5 days to confirm that they could change the colour from green to brown as that was the only available colour. I confirmed and 5 working days later I contacted them to request an expected delivery date. I was then told that the only colour available was blue. I then put pressure on the manager to give me an indicative delivery date and he estimated 26 Sep. I then requested a refund of my deposit. After 10 working days, the order tracking just stated 'Awaiting confirmation of stock with supplier' I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, as they don’t understand “customer care” and the escalation process is non-existent. I’ve used several online shopping companies and have never experienced this level of poor service.
