I ordered a phone that was a special import. They got back to me the same day to let me know it was out of stock. Thereafter, I requested a refund, Bruce informed me would take up to 7 days. Issues with refunding back to the same account of purchase arose and I was assisted by Tohriq, who then arranged for an EFT into my account. The money was in that same day. Great service and communication. I will definitely purchase from them!
