Ordered device didnt come. Requested refund but still waiting for my money.

Really poor service from this store. I ordered a OnePlus device and waited more than 3 weeks for my order to be shipped from overseas. After 3 weeks I was fed up and cancelled my order. They said refunds take up to 7 working days and on the 7th day I enquired about the status of it. They then said there was a finance section error and it would take another 3 working days. Don't bother ordering from them.
