NO REFUND PROCESSED

Order placed 31 March 2025, I cancelled the order on the 15 April 2025 due to no stock availability. today it's the 20th of May and I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. I placed the order via PAY JUST NOW and they obviously keep deducting the payment since Connected Devices have not notified/processed the order cancellation/refund. , I was initially informed that the refund would take 10 working days, it has now been over a month!!!
