No customer service

Ordered a device on the 22/04/2024,In their page it was written available to order,Now it's 10 days already the tracker still on awaiting the response from the supplier, when contacting them (support/help) They tell you the same thing from the tracker, they don't enquire/or do fast tracking....Yoh their customer service needs some thorough check-up... It's less zero
