I was told the product which I order has landed and going through customs clearance on the 13 August 2021 in the email I received, yesterday when I requested tracking number only to find out that the order had not been shipped and not been placed so all this time I was being **** to, if you didn't place the order why can't you gimme refund so that I can go to other reliable seller and thou I received emails from you automatically every 3 days non of your emails indicate about tracking number, i really can't take it anymore, when I called you, you don't pick up the phone phone, what kind of business is this? With no transparency
