********** Advertising bordering on downright theft.
I ordered a Motorola Moto G7 Power on the 11th of October 2019 and to date that phone is displayed as in stock with your supplier, but yet you are telling me that your supplier does not have stock of the phone that I ordered and it is on back order. In anticipation of receiving my phone from you, I have ordered, payed for and received a cover and protective glass for this phone. Now I'm being informed that you have no idea when you are going to acquire my phone.

30 Oct 2019, 19:58Hello Ruchard,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with us !
Firstly, please allow us to apologise that your order didn't go as planned, it unfortunately does happen at times.
We don't display stock availability at all, but we generally, have 95% availability of the items that are available to order on the site.
For products that we import, we consolidate the items and have them shipped rather than having them shipped individually, as this would have a significant impact on the end user price.
What can happen in rare circumstances is that during the period of order placement until the time the order is ready to ship (internationally), the stock availability can change.
It's not ideal, it happens in less than 5% of cases and as we continue to scale, the figure should continue to decrease.
We work with suppliers, availability is either "in stock" "out of stock" "due to arrive", where an item is out of stock, naturally, if there is no "due to arrive date", then it wouldn't be fair to give a date when that data isn't actually available.
As Bruce mentioned, whilst these occurrences that lead to this situation are to beyond our control, we are able to try and minimize the impact as much as possible,
We can either offer you an alternative, which is available, ie/ G7 Plus and arrange the necessary accessories. We can keep you on backorder and give you a rebate of R500 for the inconvenience suffered or we can cancel your order and compensate you to the value of R500 as a gesture of good faith.
Once again, our apologies for having to deal with an issue of this nature, we look forward to finding the best possible resolve for you,
