Excellent service
Short background, my husbands phone was ****** Dec'18 and it's been a hectic couple of months. It was insured "luckily" paid out, new phone..then..phone fell less than 30 cm and dead thus second replacement.
Dear Bruce and Team, I want you to know how much we appreciate the excellent service you and your team provided on both occasions we bought the phones. From the communication/fast response to the delivery and prices to just service that makes you feel more than just a number in a queue.
