Ensured I got my phone before I got on the plane

I ordered a special import phone and cover combo that was on an amazing sale from Connected Devices - I'd used them before and their prices and service has been top notch. However, there were delays with the import and customs and I ended up waiting nearly 3 weeks for my phone and I started becoming more and more stressed as I was going overseas and really needed the phone. It looked like it was going to arrive just after I leave, so I reached out and was helped by Fahmeda who ensured the phone arrived the day before I left. She then called me and said she had a different cover for me because my one still hadn't arrived yet, and got it to me mere hours before I headed to the airport. I really appreciate the effort and highly recommend them to others.
