Don't buy their imported devices unless there is no urgency.
I've worked for a company like them that ship devices to clients. So i recognized the pitfalls. The money is taken immediately but somehow only received and processed some 48 hours later. Then on imported goods one is asked to wait 10 business days. Which only starts after processing. So really its 12 business days. Thereafter their order status will directly contradict the emails you receive. I was mailed on business day 6 to say that the supplier hadn't even confirmed my order. What was my money taken for if your supplier has no phone to supply me with? Why did it take 6 days for them to figure that out? One is then politely told to allow the wait for the time to pass before they can deal with delays, which will then elongate your business day waiting time even more. Other than that, their staff are friendly. Perhaps stick to local purchases.

We typically quote 10 working days from order before an item can be expected, it can arrive sooner but also later. We've found in our experience that a safe average is 10 working days, after all, there are no guarantees when parts of the process are outside of our control but we've found, 10 working days is a pretty consistent average.
