Complicated order handled effortlessly and professionally by Connected Devices

My phone order was an import order which the website said would take approximately 10 business days. Two days later I was informed the phone was here and being sent to the couriers. As a result of their speed I was in the wrong town to where I had requested the phone be delivered and had to change the delivery address. Bruce fielded numerous phonecalls from me in my attempts to ensure the phone wouldn't get lost or sent to the wrong address (I am in the boonies, making it particularly tricky). He always called me back when he said he would and made sure it would get to me, which of course it did.

Connected Devices also keeps the customer automatically updated with emails confirming where the order is in the whole process. Great service all-round!
