I have a somewhat mixed review about my experience with connected devices. Ordered a phone which is marked as a special import on July 25 & it has been 12 working days, but still waiting for the phone to be delivered.
After multiple calls, the current status I have been receiving is that the device is with customs for the last 6 days (including holidays) and there is no finite answer when I will receive the device.
When I called the first time after placing the order, I was advised that the device will be delivered to me between 9 to 11 August.
Though I receive 2 emails per week regarding the status, the updates are not conclusive.
Really unhappy with the time taken by CD.

We're sorry that we've exceeded the estimate which we provide at the onset of an order being placed. In excess of 95% of orders are delivered within our estimate however there is always that <5% where delays and/or issues can be encountered which can cause a variance to the estimate>
We understand it's frustrating, it can be for us too.
