I have a somewhat mixed review about my experience with connected devices. After a few phone calls I was advised that I will get my phone after the 10 day period as there was some delay with the import. On friday ( 06/03/2020 10am) I was advised that my device was going to be shipped later that day and I will get it earliest by Wednesday or thursday. Not expecting any further news from connected devices until the following week and as I was desperate for a mobile phone I proceeded to buy a cheap mobile from pep stores just down the road from me https://www.pepstores.com/product/cell/vodacom/hurricane-active-sku-cnm55. At around 9pm I checked my email (on my laptop) and I had received an email from connected devices stating my device is with the courier! But in the I was advised that my device had not shipped from Germany. I am extremely happy that my mobile phone has been delivered to me earlier than expected( therefore 3 stars) but had I known that morning I wouldnt have been R160 out of pocket. Why was I given incorrect information abouut my order. That's really unacceptable.
