Amazing service

I had purchased a HTC U11 Special import from Connected and from the beginning my experience with them was fantastic , Bruce was very helpful and my device arrived within the time they said it would . I had the device for 2 weeks during which time there was a hardware fault , sent it back , and Connected devices wen the absolute extra mile to make sure I would be sorted to the best , I had let them know that I needed the device for a holiday I was to take with this in mind they ensured that I would have my device for the trip , due to some technicalities my device needed to be replaced and they did so and had it back with me before I knew it . Great service from Thoriq , highly recommend them as a provider.
