Rude owner

I had enquired on a property that they advertised and gave them a review . The owner than responds and says I am lying and I made contact on a weekend and after hours , which is a lie . I have attached on their Google page on reviews my conversations that prove that I communicates with Sonja on a Wednesday around 9:00 and Friday around 14:00. Very rude owner who does not know how to respond to complaints . He or she was supposed to investigate before giving an embarrassing response that proved that they’re ****s who do not have any customer service.
