Good Afternoon, This submission kindly request your assistance with a garnishee order against my name by CONLON PROPERTIES/LAW which has frozen my banking app with no access to any form of funds for survival. I lost my job 12 September 2025 (refer to attached dismissal letter) and attended the first CCMA seating on 13 July 2026 (see attached). On Monday 13 July coming from the CCMA hearing, I could not pay a taxi with my Capitec app only to get to the bank branch and discover this was a court order as I failed to appear in court on Thursday, 09 July 2026. I had no idea I was summoned to court and CONLON PROPERTIES/LAW has my email address as we were using it to communicate previously when we were dealing with this matter. This was for rent I had not paid, and was ready to argue the poor/false service they had rendered to me for over a period of one year before losing my job. I ran to court and the clerks could only assist with checking on the file where the summons were served. The record indicates the sheriff/tracer went to my former employer in November 2025 and February 2026 and spoke to a former colleague/ manager who said I was not around. My question is how do you reach a garnishee stage when you know I had not seen the court invite nor signed the summons? Is that even legal? Capitec *** Court Case Number: 202/2024 Amount: R31,922.00 CONLON Contact Number: 043 555 *** Your direction and assistance in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated. I hope you will find the above in order. Kind Regards, Nokuthula Rune ***
