CONLON PROP & CONLON LAW- UNFAIR TREATMENT AND PROTECTION OF ESTATE AGENCY BY INHOUSE LAWYERS

We have had the worst experience with this estate agency as they: 1. Failed to take us for a property viewing and rushed us to sign an OTP 2. Failed to disclose patent defects of the property and shifted the blame to us 3. Upon request to withdraw our offer due to seeing that the property had defects, they involved their in-house attorneys who also happen to be the conveyancers for the sale. 4. The attorneys have now been threatening and intimidating with all legal threats 5. The attorneys have since held our money with them and are forcing that we pay them commission and transfer costs.

We have since been fighting this from November and the Company principal refuses to see us for a resolution to the matter.

We have been treated in the most unfair and unreasonable manner. The main objective of these attorneys is to secure money into their account and they do not care of your complaints and concerns after selling the property in the most questionable manner.
