Unprofessional employer

Hi I have an issue here with my previous employer namely Concentrix. I’ve been unfairly dismissed, and biasness took place! It took them whole 3 months to get the resolution. I got dismissed the 17/10/2024 and only got my UIF documents 3 weeks after I was dismissed. When I go to Department of Labour they say they can’t process my application for UIF because im still registered as employed. I’ve been inconvenienced by this company, I can’t look for a job because it’s still saying I’m employed by them. I’ve sent numerous emails regarding this issue and I still haven’t received any feedback or resolution regarding this matter. Can someone please help me.
