Useless

Useless!! We have a 30 up and 30 down line. When we run a speed test we get no where near that! When you talk to their technician he says you shouldn’t connect to many devices ( we only had one connected) after telling him that we are told to turn it on and off. We did that we still can’t connect that. With only one device connect now i can’t even run a speed test, internet connection is too weak
