Worst WiFi router

Having an ISP that supposedly provide a WiFi service via their own router - ja well no fine. Ain't happening. Had the device for more than a year and it worked just fine. Now suddenly I cannot even move await more than 5 meters from the device and there is absolutely Zero reception.

The so called Service Center is like reading from a book....line for line response and no real action - no wonder since the staff turn around is something to worry about!! Have called, wrote emails, gave evidence etc. etc. and still the issue has not been addressed nor resolved other than telling me they will look into it and telling me to pay for a booster - hell no!

Why should I have to pay for extra equipment when it worked perfectly fine before? They have made changed to the connection and therefore they must sort it out.

If you want a fast Uncapped LAN service - go for it, but truly - do not expect anything else in the way of WiFi service!!
