Some context I pay for a 20/20 line and it's never synced at those speeds. I have to call them at least twice a month to have line issues resolved and to have 'firmware' updated on my end. Grow up I'm not stupid. I've even had technicians at my place - bearing in mind I had to take time off from work - and still my 20mb line is running at 3mb/s. So, so very disappointing.

Not too mention that I'm fairly certain they do throttle for certain services even though they say their lines are 'unshaped'.

What makes this worse is that they have a monopoly in my complex so it breeds ineptitude and inefficiencies in their organisation. I've been having issues with their product for over a year now and the only reprieve is that I will soon be rid of them when I move.

To be clear their staff are very friendly and want to help, it's their actual product and infrastructure that's terrible. Selling smoke and mirrors to their customers.

I don't see them lasting much longer as a business.
