worst firbe company

i instructed them to run a double debit, i gave them my banking details, they did not process my request, they did not contact me telephonically and notify me that payment was not recieved, they instead decided not suspend my service and hand me over to Attorneys, i then said i want to cancel and go with RAIN, now they are placing extra fees which is against the CPA, do not deal or take up packages with Comtel, half the time they dont have connection and tell you because of infrastructure being damaged or load shedding, then they disconnect you without notice
