If I could give no stars I would.

The only thing consistent about this ISP is there ability to not have any idea what is going on. You will be stuck through calling customer service multiple times because one they will NOT call you back.

I have had an ongoing problem with connection for months now and at this point I am moving to a more reliable ISP.

If you don't want a headache go use another provider!!!!!!
