Unreliable, Unprofessional Service

Very unreliable, given advance notification for a move and promised that I will be connected at the agreed date, no communication from comtel, staff promise to give feedback, which I still await. I had to escalate with CC connect and get them to provide update on connection. I was told by Anwaar all I need to do is connect my router. There is no connection feed to connect the router I called promised feedback as consultant was to check with Anwaar, still await the call. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable company to deal with.
