Stay away from Comtel

Where to begin? The worst company I have ever dealt with. Telkom was more responsive and helpful, and that is saying a lot. 3 weeks of emailing the help center. 3 weeks of contacting the director. 3 weeks of waiting for service. MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED, but the service is unusable. I will do everything in my power to get an alternative solution. Comtel can keep the R2000 I paid for setup and connection fees. Funny how they ask for a connection fee, but Vumatel, frogfoot and octotel all offer free connectoin, setup and a PREMIUM router.
