Service? What's that?

<p>How hard is it to get someone to come out to tell you if you can use their product? How is there only one person for the entire Johannesburg available to assist you and he is on leave with nobody whatsoever that can assist in his place? Then when you call the call centre, they put the phone down on you? What kind of service is this? How will the service be if you actually use the product??</p>
