Poor service and support

Comtel's after hours and weekend support is practically non-existent. I have had a number of problems of service failure on weekends, and either nobody answers the phone, and if they do, they are often unable to resolve the problem, resulting in weekday callouts. This is extraordinarily annoying as I have a house on a remote estate on the West Coast which I only use on weekends/holidays. In addition, I also have to argue with them about fault repairs which I do not believe I am liable for. (Note: I accept there are issues with load shedding and cable breaks, but my complaint is not in respect of these issues, but the lack of what should be "normal" service).
