EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE...

I was excited to hear that comtel serviced our area with fiber so i app**** and they came in to do the installation. After installing the fiber we had technicians out here at least 2 to 3 times a week as the internet kept buffering and also 90% of the day there is no internet service. After numerous attempts and tries to resolve the issue they come back to us with the news that iPhone are the problem which doesn't make sense because what kind of internet service cannot cater for a iPhone. After 2 months of horrible service we still are asked to pay a cancellation fee of R1300 because they cannot provide proper service. I must state i have never received such terrible service before and i am utterly appalled at how things work with comtel.
