Comtel - Langebaan - Fantastic service!

I have been making use of Comtel Internet in Langebaan for 9 years. They were in most of my short-term rentals and I transferred the last one to Comtel.

During the hard lockdown in Cov, they suspended my monthly payments as I could not rent out my units. Then when the hospitality lockdown continued after the rest were lifted, we had long-term tenants and again they helped with a transfer to the tenant with an option for me to transfer back in my name when I needed to.

When there is a fault or I need to change the speed (as we have remote workers from time to time who need a faster line) it is done within less than an hour.

This week with the new contract. It was a bit over 24 hours and the Internet was up and running! I send the request 22 November 2023 (11:00) and was sorted by 23 November 2023 at 14:40.

In this 9years I can not think of one instance of bad service.
