Comtel Horrible No Service Just a money grabbing company

Comtel. A disappointing company that can provide you with continues bad service and continues incomplete services. You pay every month they will gladly take the money and provide their utmost horrible service possible. Number 1 the call center support rude and think that they could hide behind jargon by sending package report of current status when they fixed the issue Number 2 no real support whatsoever, no ownership, no customer care Number 3 were promise a specific connection long ago when initially moving in the complex 3 years later the package still have not been made available and each time I query about it the same excuse is brought up.

The worse part is that I got to be with this horrible company due to the contract of the complex
