Are there a minus review?

We recently moved to west coast. One of the first things on our agenda was to get internet connection seen that most of our tech runs on it.

After some searching we decided on Comtel Communications.

What a disappointment! We all have that one wish to redo something! Mine is to never relate myself with them!

We app**** for the best line available, according to them the gamers package. Its now 6 months and it keeps getting worse! The connection is unstable, we are hammered with packet loss.

The technicians might as well move into our home, seen that they were here on numerous times! All they can say is that there is nothing wrong with the line.

Now why do I write this?

We pay almost R1,300 pm for the supposed top package at Comtel but there is no reward therein!

I want to see results for what I am paying! When your paying for the best you expect the best!

What do I do? We signed a two year contract! Most of the times I do a speed check, we average 2m/s download and 0.5mbps upload! Yes you heard me 0.5mpbs upload on the best package available!

Really? It you can’t offer what your stating on your adverti*****t, please cancel my subscription without any fee!
