Bad service and communication!

It is day 10 now with ****TY speeds after 3 phone calls and 2 ticket numbers with speeds no more than 0.5mbps! I've been told after every call that they would call me back with an update but only get a ticket number! I honestly don't know why I'm paying a ridiculous amount of money for problems every month! I'm sick and tired not getting what I'm paying for! This Is REALLY BAD!!!!
