Wouldnt recommend even to an enemy

Sales guy when I bought my ups invertor was motor interested in his commission and sold me an invertor that was R300 more than the one they had on sale. He said it has a cable that I must have and if I bought the ups on sale I would have to spend extra getting the cable. This was complete hogwash as I've never needed the cable. He just wanted to get higher turnover instead of advising client correctly. Then this UPS now less than 8 months old and stopped working. They said warranty is void due to ****roaches inside device. And couldn't explain how that would affect the battery. Very disappointed with my interactions with this branch from the get go.
