WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

We send my son's speaker in for repairs and handed in at Computer Mania in West Coast Mall. JOB NR UPGRADE FORM NR 41296.<br> <br> Its been a month later and everytime we phone headoffice they are either not knowing what we are talking about, or the guy who is working on the speakers are : AND I QUOTE \ STUCK ON THE TIOLET!!:?????"or the dont know what we are talking about.
