Worst service

I handed my laptop in at Computer Mania Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester on 27 July 2017. After they could not tell me what the problem was on 2 separate occasions before that. I have had 2 phone calls returned because I phoned them, I go into the shop once a week. The laptop was purchased on 29/09/2017. They sent it away, apparently Windows crashed? Then they waited for a part, the apparently it was the DVD writer, I was not even aware it had a DVD writer, now also faulty. They only phone technical services it seems when I walk into the shop. I had a call to tell me 10 days, that was 10 August 2017. My patience has run out, almost 2 months of hearing their BS stories. Their smug looks and smiles, the *********** service. Being nice is no longer an option. One star is a star too many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
