Worst customer service I have ever encountered!

<p>I have been in and out of the Computer Mania store in Canal Walk for over 3 weeks now. I purchased a laptop there and since been forced to go back as the laptop needed to go away for repairs as it wasn't responding. It took over 10 days to get back to me and to this day I havent received 1 call from any member of staff at CM informing me of the progress. I ended up getting my laptop back last thursday 30th and they had forgotten my charger. I went back again the next day and they assured me it would be in by today 3rd. I have made several calls to them today trying to figure out what the scenario is and they have hung up on me on numerous occasions.</p> <p> </p> <p>For me I am not worried about the fact of the charger not coming back or the fact that the laptop needed to go back after only 1 week but its the complete disrespect I was shown by Coenraad, Hendrik and Johnothan at the Canal Walk store. If i could give zero stars in this review I would. The service at this store is terrible and I do expect some sort of contact with a higher power.</p> <p> </p>
