WHEN YOU GET HARDWARE BACK FROM COMPUTER MANIA CHECK EVERYTHING - EVEN THE *****S.

Some months ago I handed in my laptop at the store in The Grove in Pretoria East. I had messed liquid on it and the technicians were very helpful and able to get my laptop running again. BUT I noticed afterwards that the rubber strips on the back were missing so now my laptop slides around on its stand the whole time. I decided not to say anything then because I noticed that a few of the *****s were hidden by those strips so I supposed at the time that they removed the strips to get to the *****s. It would have been nice if they could have found a way to put those strips back though.

Fast forward to a week ago, when I wanted to get serial numbers, etc. off the back and when I took a VERY CLOSE LOOK (obviously not something I would have thought necessary when I got my laptop back from a reputable store) I realised that NONE OF THE *****S HAD BEEN PUT BACK. Heaven only knows what has been keeping my laptop together these last few months since I got it back.

I am very disappointed with this slip from a computer store that my family and I have used since they opened up in The Grove mall. I can only hope that they do better for their other customers.
