Wasted Trip for "In-Stock" Item That Didn't Exist
Extremely disappointed with Computer Mania Greenstone. I wasted nearly 50 minutes driving there and back to collect an item they confirmed was in stock — only to be told at the store that it wasn’t available. No apology, no accountability. Why advertise stock you don't actually have? Completely avoidable frustration. Won’t be returning.

28 Jul 2025, 14:09Thank you for the response. I did notice the call attempts, but I’m deaf - so phone calls don’t work for me. Unfortunately, this whole experience happened on my birthday, and it honestly ruined the day. I’ve since gone elsewhere and was assisted, so no further help is needed.
