Waste of time and money

Horrible service and subpar communication. I sent in my laptop for repairs as it had a problem with its "BIOS." They didn't call me back once. I called and visited the dealership many times time I got a lousy excuse. 1 month later they finally call me back saying it was sitting at the supplier for 1 month (why, I still don't know), and it was a defect, they say, so they won't give me a refund or replacement as they don't have the module. Which makes no sense, as I bought it in February of 2025. They will give me the option of a worse model or a "better one," which looks the same, has more RAM and GPU, but a way worse processor. As well as I have to pay. Terrible company; wouldn't recommend.
