Very Disappointing Shop

I ordered an Astro Bot Special Edition Controller, and the package arrived in poor condition; the packaging was torn and appeared to have been opened before. Computer Mania never took ownership of this; instead, they blamed their suppliers, claiming that the order came directly from the supplier and not from them. While this is true, I believe they should still take ownership because I did not choose the supplier and everyone who purchased from KooDoo received their Astro Bot Controller in good condition. A refund is not an option for me because this is a limited edition.
