unsatisfactory return policies

the title is an understatement due to the service i have received at the Eden Meander Mall Computer Mania branch after returning a faulty psu only to be told it was to be sent to the supplier and i had to wait till they had a look at it. After a few minutes of listening to why they wont replace a clearly faulty part leaving me without a working PC i was told they could sell me another one. This is unacceptable the part was under warranty and in perfect condition as i received it in the box . As i was leaving i was told thank you for your attitude and called an idiot. Clearly customer satisfaction is not their priority. I have always sent anyone looking for pc parts or laptops to them as they are very well priced but after this experience i will no longer be doing such. I recommend to everyone to stay away from them as you will receive no support after they have taken your money.
